CASA by Gardens of Eden Realty helps international students and young professionals get a smooth start in New York City. We offer fully furnished, secure apartments in central neighborhoods — with flexible terms, friendly roommates, and no complicated paperwork. Our mission is simple: make your New York life easier, from day one.

Once you’ve selected your room, we’ll ask for your email, a copy of your passport and visa (if available). You’ll receive a digital lease to sign online. Your booking is confirmed once the lease is signed and your security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) is paid.

No! We do not require a US guarantor, credit score, or proof of income. All we need is your passport, visa, and email address. That’s it.

  • Fully furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.)
  • Equipped kitchen (plates, cookware, cutlery, etc.)
  • Living essentials (vacuum, mop, cleaning basics)
  • Access to Wi-Fi and utilities (in some units, utilities may be billed separately)

None. No agency fees. No broker fees. You pay rent + utilities (if applicable) — and that’s all.

We accept multiple payment methods:

✔ Bank Transfers (international wires accepted — fees may apply from intermediary banks)

Yes! All CASA apartments are move-in ready. If anything essential is missing, just let us know — we’re happy to help.

Each apartment has its own list of amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, etc.). Please check the listing description or ask our team.

We allow couples in select rooms. However, we do not allow two friends to share one room. Please check with us about room availability for couples.

Yes — as long as your roommates agree. Please be considerate and avoid long or frequent stays.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. If the apartment has a balcony, smoking is permitted outside.

Yes — you’re expected to return your room in the same clean condition you found it. If additional cleaning is required, it may be deducted from your security deposit.

No — the deposit is held for potential damages or unpaid rent. It cannot be used in place of a rent payment.
